The Fire Brigade and the Police were put on alert on Saturday night after a part of a building in Xylofagou collapsed.
According to the Police and what SigmaLive publishes, the incident occurred at 12:10 when the cantilever of the building where the People's Organizations are housed collapsed.
The incident did not cause any injuries, nor was there any damage to adjacent buildings.
The possibility of criminal action has been ruled out, while the collapse is said to be due to the age of the building.
