The gratuitous shot was received on Monday by those potato growers who have been able to plant potatoes lately.
Extensive frost occurred in the area, as a result of which the potato plantations were completely destroyed, with potato shoots that sprouted in the last fortnight. According to their representative Andreas Karyos, despite the continuous overnight irrigation, the producers unfortunately did not prevent the disaster.
