Tomorrow, April 1st at Municipality of Paralimni A Solemn Doxology will be performed at 9:30 in the Metropolitan Church of Agios Georgios, the site of the Most Venerable Metropolitan Constantia-Famagusta. On behalf of the Government, the Government Representative, Mr. Nikos Christodoulidis, will be present. The solemnity of the day will be announced by the Director of Secondary Education, Mr. Kyprianos Louis.
At Municipality of Ayia Napa the Festive Doxology will be sung at 8:30 in the Church of Panagia Ayia Napa and the Festive of the day will be recited by Mr. Andreas Postatzis, Professor of Hotel Management at the Technical School of Paralimni.
At Municipality of Deryneia the Festive Doxology will be sung at 9 in the morning in the church of Agios Pantos. The Doxology will be added by the Most Venerable Archimandrite Ieronymos Pyliotis. The Festive of the day will be delivered by Mr. Loukas Pattichis, Former Teacher.
Η Provincial Parade of Free Famagusta for April 1 will be held at Sotira on Makariou Avenue at 11 a.m., with the participation of Public Schools, Organized Ensembles, Associations and bands from the entire free province of Famagusta. It will be preceded by a Solemn Doxology at 10:15 at the Holy Temple of the Transfiguration. The Festive of the day will be delivered by the University and Scientific Associate of the Museum of Struggle, Dr. Andreas Karyos.
Event entitled "Evagoras Pallikaridis: The visionary and fighter of Freedom" takes place tonight at 8 in the Amphitheater of Xenion Highschool, during which the Melizona Choir of the Municipality of Paralimni and the theatrical group "Theatronia" of the Municipal Youth Council of Paralimni bring to life the award-winning play of Toula Kakoullis "O Vagoris".
