The award ceremony took place at the Sculpture Park, next to the work of each artist separately, in the presence of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Symposium Mr. Kiki Konstantinos and the Cultural Officer of the Municipality Mrs. Maria Tofini Tsantila.

The nine artists who were awarded the commemorative plaques by Mr. Karousos are the following: Beata Rostas from Hungary who created the work "Exile", Emin Petrosyan from Armenia with the work "Dream", the Frenchman Gilles Vitaloni , who created the sculpture "Armonie of Modern World", also the French artist Pellini Gerard with the work "Hippopotamus", Roland Hoft from Germany with the work "The View", the Russian sculptors Sergei Lopukhov and Vladimir Ubasev with works "Siren" and "Aphrodite Cypridina", the Belgian Thierry Lauwers with the work "The Anemoi" and Valentino Giampaoli from Italy, who created the work "Icaro".
