Women's Day last Thursday was overshadowed by a… male-dominated "celebration" of the qualification achieved by APOEL. To better celebrate International Women's Day, here are the top 30 reasons to be a woman…

1. Women live longer than men.
2. In case of emergency (eg shipwreck) women and children come out first.
3. There is a ladies night. Have you heard of men's night? Nah…
4. Women mature faster than men (some men never mature).
5. Women are more resilient to pain.
6. Women do not worry about getting injured when lifting their zipper.
7. Women use both cerebral hemispheres.
8. Women do not need to have a DNA test because they know which children are theirs!
9. Women do not go to the army (not necessarily at least).
10. Women are considered the fairer sex.
11. A woman usually does not have to pay for appointments (The word is usually used, because not all gentlemen are like the Red Villagers, so girls be careful because you may have to pay for your coffee).
12. For women, shopping is a pleasure and not a mandatory process.

14. Women can say various excuses like I have a period, I am pregnant, to eat more.
