The Famagusta District Court today imposed a fine of 300 euros on a 24-year-old from Bulgaria, who was arrested in the early hours of the morning in Protaras, for a case of negligent and reckless acts.
According to the Police, the 24-year-old was found today, 20 minutes after midnight, by members of the Famagusta and Nicosia OPE in a pub in Protaras approaching patrons of the premises in order to sell them Laughing Gas.
In his possession were found and confiscated a metal canister, 19 unused and two used ampoules, 33 empty balloons and the amount of 360 euros.
The 24-year-old was arrested for a self-inflicted crime and was taken into custody to facilitate the investigations, while today he was brought before the District Court of Famagusta, which imposed a fine of 300 euros.
