Through the speeches and interventions of the attendees it became clear that building and cultivating a representative and fully identified branding (image) with what characterizes Ayia Napa, while adding visions and values can be an important tool to achieve the desired differentiation.
It was also pointed out how important the promotion of branding is in the Local Community as each citizen is a part of the Mosaic, which composes the whole image of Ayia Napa.
It was also emphasized by the speakers that branding in many cases is the result of the image that others form for us without our own presence.
In conclusion, it was emphasized by all that either Ayia Napa will remain with the arbitrary image that some others project or everyone should work to redefine the branding (image).
Closing the meeting, the Mayor Mr. Giannis Karousos stated that the views as well as its conclusions will be studied by the Municipal Council so that they can be properly utilized for the good of tourism in our region.
