The Famagusta District Court today issued four-day detention orders against five people, four Greek Cypriots and a foreign resident of Cyprus, to facilitate police investigations into investigated cases of theft by a clerk, forgery and forgery.

According to the Police, a relevant complaint was made yesterday at the Famagusta TAE by the CEO of a company, which manages a hotel in Ayia Napa.

According to the complaint from 1/4/2014 until 30/10/2015, the employees of the reception area of ​​the hotel abused money from the sales of Wi-Fi cards and from the receipts related to the late check out.

The CEO of the company told the Police that the total amount abused by the five people amounts to 11 thousand euros.

A court warrant arrested five people yesterday, three women aged 33, 36 and 38, a 39-year-old man and a 33-year-old foreign resident of Cyprus. The five arrested come from Communities of the free area of ​​Famagusta.

The detainees were taken into custody and today they were brought before the District Court of Famagusta, which issued orders for their four-day detention.
