A nine-year-old refugee boy, who had picked up a FRONTEX boat in the sea area northwest of Kastelorizo, left his last breath at the regional hospital of Megisti.
Specifically, during its patrol off the coast of Kastelorizo, the vessel of the European force collected two women, a man and three children.
So far it has not been known that the refugees were found at sea, while investigations are continuing in the area to locate any other missing persons.
