Recipes: Noodles with vegetables

spinach lasagnaMake a wonderful fasting meal for lunch without excess fat.

Ingredients for 6-8 people

- 500 grams of uncooked lasagna
- 3 chopped onions
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 red peppers cut into sticks
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 500 grams of spinach
- 6 slices of bacon or turkey in small pieces (for lenten recipe can be replaced with salmon or crab bread)
- 250 grams of grated gouda for the finish (for lenten recipe can be replaced with lenten cheese)
- a little butter and a little olive oil
- 600 grams of feta (for lenten recipe we can not use feta)
- Salt Pepper

Implementation

1. Saute the dried onions without oil in a saucepan. Then add the butter with the olive oil and then the spring onions, bacon and sun-dried tomatoes.

2. In another pot, steam the spinach without oil and without water and then add a little olive oil.

3. Butter a pan, put a layer of the sauce and spread noodles. Then spread a little of the spinach, peppers, a little of the onion mixture and a little feta cheese on top. Then put a second layer of lasagna, then spinach, onion mixture and feta. Next is a third layer of lasagna, spinach, onion mixture, feta and finally a fourth layer of lasagna, a little of the onion mixture we left, a little feta and the gouda on top.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
