The event for the official presentation of the book will take place on Saturday, 14 January 2012, at 5 pm in the Event Hall of the Community Council, in Frenaros.
The edition is divided into seven sections with different themes and has been created with works by the late painter - visual artist Lefteris Oikonomou.
The net proceeds from the sale of the book will be donated to the Pancyprian Association for Children with Cancer and other related diseases "Make a Wish", to fulfill the wishes of children suffering from various forms of cancer, as part of a psychological support program, and for financial strengthening their families.
Books will be donated to the Parents' Associations of the schools of Frenaros and to public benefit institutions in the province of Famagusta.
The presentation of the book will be done by Michalis Hadjimichael, scholar of Cypriot tradition and folk poetry. The event includes greetings, author feedback and an artistic program.
