He added that the training program will be conducted in-house by the hotel units and during the training period they will pay the hotel employees a training allowance equal to their salary, while at the same time the Social Security Service will pay to each hotel unit that will implement the training program. the unemployment benefit to which the employees participating in it are entitled.
Mr. Papadopoulos noted that “the government, in the context of the political promotion of our tourism product, for those tourist units that decided to close from December to March, gives incentives with this training program to continue working, maintaining the staff as staff under training ”.
