A food collection campaign was carried out from 15 to 18 December 2015, by the Famagusta Police Department, as part of its charity work, thus wishing to strengthen the festive package that will be given through the Holy Metropolis to families in our province who are facing serious financial problems.
At the same time, the Police Directorate of Dhekelia Bases, wanting to be a helper in the whole effort, carried out a collection of clothes.
All the collected items were handed over to the Holy Diocese of Constantia and Famagusta on the morning of Monday, December 21, 2015. Panierotatos thanked both institutions for their initiative and wished them well in view of the holy holidays of the twelfth day.
