Paralimni: Unknown people stole electrician tools outside his company

Two drills and a work pistol, worth a total of 800 euros, were stolen by unknown persons at the weekend, from a car owned by a 43-year-old electrician from Paralimni, which was parked outside the offices of his company. The strangers broke the rear left window of the vehicle, causing damage worth 250 euros.

The incident happened, according to the 43-year-old electrician from Paralimni, between November 7 and 9, where unknown persons broke into the parked van of his company, breaking the left rear window. Inside the car there was an 18 volt drum with 2 batteries and the Metabol brand charger worth 250 euros, a 14 volt drum with 2 batteries and the Metabol brand charger also worth 250 euros and a work gun with capsules, pliers, washer and materials Hildi brand cleanser worth 300 euros.

The damage to the car is estimated at around 250 euros. The car is not covered by insurance against theft, while for malicious damage there is insurance coverage.

The area is covered by a closed monitoring circuit which, however, was out of order.
