Materials (For 7 people):
2 kilos of pork neck (ask the butcher to open it for you for a roll)
100 gr. Vitamins
1 green pepper cut into thin strips
200 gr. sliced ​​mushrooms
3-4 wide slices of smoked pork (bacon fountain)
100 gr. boiled chestnuts
150 gr. smoked Metsovo cheese cut into sticks
1 teaspoon sweet thyme
proportional salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Spread 2 sheets of non-stick paper on the kitchen counter.
2. Season the meat with salt and pepper and season with thyme.
3. Smear all the meat with Vitamin and place it on the paper.
4. Spread all the materials lengthwise, roll together with the non-stick paper until it closes well and tighten its two ends.
5. Wrap with foil and place in a pan (alternatively we can tie it with a rope).
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes and then open the protective housing. Add water to the pan and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
7. We can serve it with rice and mixed vegetables or potatoes.
