Ingredients
For 2-4 people
3 cups fresh tomatoes
2-3 bay leaves
6 shrimp optional
1 can of squid with their ink
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon allspice
1 package of spaghetti
Salt Pepper
Implementation
Pour the onion in a little water and steam it. Pass the 3 cups of tomatoes through the blender. Add them to the onion with the bay leaves, ketchup and allspice. Boil for 10 minutes, until the sauce sets.
Then add the squid with their ink, salt and pepper and cover the pot until they boil for about 10 minutes. Boil the spaghetti and the shrimp and throw them in the squid. Cover the pot and let them bind together for another 10 minutes.
