The construction of Russian technicians in Moscow has caused a sensation. It is a flying "motorcycle" whose tests were videotaped by the technicians and broadcast by Russia Today.
Its name is "Scorpion 3" and it is essentially an oversized drone with four propellers that give it relative stability in the air.
