G. Karousos: "Ayia Napa to become the best Mediterranean tourist resort"

Three years have passed since the day of the election of Giannis Karousos to the position of Mayor of Ayia Napa and on this occasion he has published a relevant post on the official Facebook page of the Municipality with the report of the three-year term.

According to the Mayor of Ayia Napa, in these three years the Municipality has become more tidy, characterized as an "urban center", projects have been won, the tourist experience has been significantly improved, new benchmarks have been created, while through the dynamism and assertiveness of the Municipality , he says, the injustices that existed for Ayia Napa have been redressed by the decision-making centers.

According to the figures published by the Municipality, the revenues for 2015 amount to 14,4 million euros, 2,5 million more than in 2014, while the revenues from the management of beds and umbrellas on the beaches have risen to 2,4, 1,7 million euros, 2014 million more, that is, compared to XNUMX.

The goal, says Giannis Karousos, is to turn Ayia Napa into the best and most cosmopolitan Mediterranean tourist resort.
