Seven things that all employers notice

It does not matter what job you do. What matters is that you evaluate every day. And not just for your job.

Your boss notices a number of things, because that's part of his job - and so on. So whether you like it or not, here are some things that do not escape his attention.

How early are you coming…

Do you have to be at work at eight, nine or ten in the morning? Every job requires a different schedule, but if you are late almost every day, then obviously there is a problem. Be an example to your colleagues and try to come to the office at about the same time as them.

Or how late you are leaving

You may have a fixed 9-5 schedule but obviously every day is not the same. What do you do on days when you have a heavy workload? Do you always leave the first ones? Of the latter? Is there a variety? Just make sure you do not leave earlier each day.

The way you dress

The way you present yourself in the workplace is important. Note that each job has its own dress code. Of course, some offices are completely "relaxed" while in others all employees walk around in pants and jackets. Another thing for which you can be exemplified by your colleagues and dress similarly.

How technology friendly you are

Are you good with technology and are you on the phone all day or do you overdo it in your Facebook chat? Of course, it is very good to be familiar with technology, but only in terms of your part of the job.

The words you use

This is quite important. Are you always polite or strict and rude to your colleagues? If you are closer to the second then sooner or later your employer will notice it and he will probably not like it very much.

If you adapt easily

How are you doing with your colleagues? Do you match or are you a stranger to the company? If he is new to the job, chances are you have not yet developed your character. Do you take part in business gatherings or are you antisocial? Your boss wants to see if you can match his team.

How do you manage your time?

Last but not least. How are you doing with deadlines and how do you manage your time to complete a new task assigned to you? Is everything done efficiently, with quality and at the right speed? It is important to have priorities and meet deadlines at all times. In the end, it's a job.
