Results for Municipal Councilors and School Rescuers

Changes in persons but also in party formations have taken place after the completion of the electoral process of the municipal elections in the Municipality of Sotira.

A big surprise is the dethronement of the parties of EDEK and AKEL by the newly formed "Independent ACTION Initiative for the Savior", which elects two municipal councilors.

As for the municipal councilors, there were a total of five changes of persons out of the eight that make up the council.

The Democratic Alarm maintained its high percentages in the Municipal Council with 47.09% (four seats) while 23,68% of DI.KO., conceded 2 seats and 20,22% of DRASIS conceded another 2 seats. The 4.8% and 4.2% for AKEL and EDEK respectively were not enough for one position in the establishment of the Municipal Council Sotiras.

DISY managed to secure very high percentages. and the Sotiras School Ephorate, after the impressive 63,4% he recorded, gave him 5 of the 7 seats, with the combination "Development and Progress Team" remaining in the 2 seats due to the 31.3% he scored.
