The Ministry of Commerce announced a tender for finding a strategic investor in connection with the construction of the Paralimni Marina yesterday afternoon.

Those interested can submit applications until October 30, 2015. , will have a capacity of 100 boats and will be created in an area near the refuge of Agios Nikolaos, without disturbing the fishing shelter. It will have an area of 300 thousand square meters and will also include residential and commercial developments, to the standards of the Limassol marina. In other words, it will include shops, restaurants, recreation areas, apartments, offices and a green area. The contract that will be concluded with the selected strategic investor, will last 24 years.
