It will have an area of ​​300 thousand square meters and will also include residential and commercial developments, to the standards of the Limassol marina. In other words, it will include shops, restaurants, recreation areas, apartments, offices and a green area. The contract that will be concluded with the selected strategic investor, will last 24 years.
