Biscuit:
Beat in the mixer, with the feather, the butter with the sugars until they are slightly fluffy, add the milk, the egg, the salt and, finally, the flour with the spices and prepare a dough. Let it rest for about half an hour in the fridge. We open it with the rolling pin in a thin sheet 4 mm thick. and cut 6 square cookies 15 x 15 cm. Place them in oil paste and bake them at 170 ° C for about 20 minutes. Let cool very well.

Icing:
Beat the icing sugar with the egg whites and the lemon juice very well with an egg beater, until it becomes a thick white icing. Transfer it to a corneal bag with a thin spout. With this icing we will be able to glue the sides of the box.

Fitting:
Make a cube with the cookies by gluing the five of them together with the icing. We do not cover the upper side. Set the cube aside until the icing has set. Then we fill it with sweets. Stick the sixth cookie on the surface, but without closing it completely.

Tip:
In addition to sweets, in the box we can put candies, smaller cookies or candy sticks for a very festive result.
