The 7-year-old girl was in the corridor with the toys and his mother in another corridor, when 25-year-old Thomas Woods approached him.
The video shows the kidnapping of the girl which the man finally leaves.
According to the police, the 25-year-old is facing charges for attempted kidnapping while he has been convicted of murder.
However, he declares his innocence and denies that he tried to kidnap the girl.
