Thousands of people at the Flood celebrations

LARNACA:
In Larnaca, the events started on Friday with the big concert of Michalis Hatzigiannis and continued on Saturday with the concert of Evi Kapatai and on Sunday with Stavros Konstantinou, while on Monday the celebrations culminated with the Greek singer Antipas. The celebrations of the city of Zenon will continue until Wednesday with the concert of the young pop band "48 hours".

PAPHOS:
With significant financial reductions, this year's three-day events of the Municipality of Paphos for the Flood, however the rich events attracted a large number of people. Locals and foreigners visited the trade fair of the flood that was set up along the coastal front, while a big concert was given by the folk orchestra of RIK, under the direction of Marios Meletios.

The occupancy rate of hotels in Paphos reached 90%, as hundreds of visitors chose Paphos taking advantage of the very good hotel prices offered especially for the three days of the flood. Organized beaches, cafes and taverns along the coastal front of Kato Paphos showed increased traffic.

AYIA NAPA:
The Municipal Cultural Service of Ayia Napa, successfully organized the annual Feast of the Flood of Ayia Napa 2012 in its picturesque Port. The three-day evenings included the concert of Themis Adamantidis on Sunday, a music and dance artistic program by the bands of the Ayia Napa Dance Club, Achnas Forest, Liopetri Cultural Group "Paradosi", the Music Group of the Cultural Group "Kavo" Cape Greco "of Ayia Napa. The program also had chitatas and poems by the traditional poets of Kokkinochoria who were applauded. The event was greeted by the Minister of Communications and Works Mr. Efthymios Flourentzou, after an address by the Mayor of Ayia Napa Mr. Antonis Tsokkou.
