"Monkey" products were confiscated in the Province of Famagusta

Products that are imitations of branded footwear and clothing were located and confiscated yesterday by members of OPE Famagusta, during a joint operation with officials of the Customs Department, in the province of Famagusta.

According to a police announcement, as part of the operation, a search was conducted in a store located in a village in the province of Famagusta.

During the search, a total of nine boxes were found, which contained shoes and clothing, which bore the marks of various brands, and which were found to be counterfeit.

All the findings were received by the officials of the Customs Department, which took over the case.
