At least 41 al-Qaeda members, including eight women and eight children, have been killed in a US-led invasion of central Yemen, according to a new AFP report released by a Yemeni official.
The large-scale operation, the first since Donald Trump came to power, was carried out by Apache drones and helicopters in the Yakla area of Baida County, a local official said in a recent report.
The previous report put the death toll at 40.
