Spaghetti tagliatelle with vegetables

Ingredients:
500 g tagliatelle green or half green and half white
1/3 cup tea olive oil
2 sliced ​​garlic cloves 1 chopped onion
350 grams. sliced ​​white mushrooms
600 grams Fresh chopped tomatoes
2 sliced ​​colored peppers
10 pitted olives in slices
2/3 cup dry white wine tea
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions:
1. In olive oil, sauté onion and garlic for 2΄-3΄. Add the peppers and mushrooms and sauté until they drink their liquids. Quench with the wine, add the tomato, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 8΄-10΄.
2. Boil the tagliatelle. With tweezers, as they drip, add them to the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and olives and boil for 1΄ on high heat. Serve immediately.
