Ingredients:
1 kg of courgette
. Cup olive oil
2 cups red dry wine
1-2 citrus apples
1 laurel leaf
Salt
Pepper
Way of cooking:
1. With a knife remove the skin from the courgette. Wipe it with a towel and cut it into slices. Put it in a bowl and cover it with wine. Leave it for a few hours.
2. Drain the zucchini and keep the wine. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and brown it.
3. Add the wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper and simmer until the wine is soft and reduced.
4. Finally add the lemon juice, correct the taste and serve.
