The Cultural program of the Municipality of Sotiras "Sotira Culture" is rich with many events of all kinds and for every taste. The program that circulates, concerns a total of 24 events for the months of June and July for which the sponsor is the Municipality of Sotiras and are organized mostly by the Culture Committee of the Municipality.
The main event during the month of July will be the three-day 2nd Traditional Festival from 1st to 3rd of July. This will include, among others, a lecture by the Deputy Director of the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation, historian-Byzantinologist Dr. Christodoulos Hadjichristodoulou on the topic of Customs and Traditions related to the Saints honored in Sotira, lecture by the author and researcher Mr. Florentia Kythreotou on traditional gastronomy and kolokasi, traditional music, Cypriot exhibition exhibitions and other Cypriot exhibitions.
Also of interest is the all-day event of Onisilos Sotiras on July 7, which is under the auspices of the Municipality of Sotiras and the Cyprus Volleyball Federation and will last from early morning until late at night with beach volleyball tournaments, beach soccer, jet shows ski and much more, while the evening will end with a beach party by a well-known DJ which is expected to be announced.
Finally, the Traditional Choir Festival of our Municipality, the celebrations for the World Music Day, the Concert of the Sotiras Youth Center as well as the rebetika evening that will be organized by the youth choir of the Sotiras All-Day School are expected with special interest (C) .
