A young British woman, 20 years old, was injured in the face when unknown young people attacked her and hit her this morning while she was outside the Ayia Napa Monastery and they stole her bag containing various personal and electronic items and a small amount of money.
According to the Police, a 20-year-old British resident of Cyprus was reported to the Famagusta Police Department, that around one o'clock in the morning while she was going down the stairs, located northwest of the Ayia Napa Monastery, unknown young people attacked her and hit her in various places. her body was thrown to the ground and robbed.
Specifically, the young people, according to the complaint of the 20-year-old, stole her bag in which there were various personal items and electronics and a small amount of money.
The 20-year-old was transported to the Famagusta General Hospital where the doctor on duty found that she had bruises, redness and subcutaneous hematoma in the area of the face.
After being given first aid, the 20-year-old was discharged from the hospital.
