Untitled 2
Untitled 12

Execution time: 1 hours
Portion: Family
Components
• 4 pork chops, beaten
• 500 gr. white mushrooms cut into thin slices
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 tbsp. soft mustard
• 1 tbsp. guster sauce
• 50 ml brandy
• 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
• 250 ml cream
• 200 ml of milk
• 2 tbsp. flour c.o.x.
• Salt
• Pepper
Execution method
• Place a non-stick pan or saucepan over high heat to burn.
• Add salt, pepper, olive oil (2 tbsp) to our steaks and spread them well with your hands (Make sure the marinade goes everywhere).
• When our pan burns, add the steaks and bake them on both sides for about 2 minute on each side (they don't need much baking because they will be cooked later).
• Once they get a nice color, take the steaks out of the pan, transfer them to the oven tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
• In the same pan, add the onion. Then, add the garlic.
• When the onion softens, add the butter and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the volume of the mushrooms drops.
• Then add the gourmet sauce, mustard and flour and mix with a wooden spoon until all our ingredients are mixed.
• Pour in the brandy and turn it on. When the flames subside, add the cream and milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add the parsley and stir.
• Then, return the steaks to the pan with the juice that came down and cook for a few minutes until the sauce sets.
• Serve the steaks with the sauce, rice, mashed potatoes or french fries and green vegetables.
