The latest rumors from the BMW camp indicate that the Bavarians are considering the possibility of launching a new flagship, the 9 Series, in order to compete with the awe-inspiring rival, the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.
For the above, the people of BMW gave us a taste of last April, when they presented the Vision Future Luxury concept.
The decision on whether the original will go into production or not has not yet been made. If the green light is finally given, the new ultra-luxury BMW model is not expected before 2017.
The upcoming Bavarian flagship will be longer than the existing one, the 7 Series with a long wheelbase, with a length of around 5,5 meters. If finally approved, it is expected to bring new technologies, such as laser lights at the front and OLED at the rear.
