A vegetarian pizza of the moment, rich in flavor, ideal to start our week.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon tablespoon butter or olive oil
300 gr. tender spinach leaves (preferably baby - we buy peeled spinach, if we want to save time)
1 clove of garlic
salt
2 large Arabic pies (white or wholemeal)
12 thin slices of brie (soft cow cheese from France) or manouri or soft or roquefort feta (each with a different result)
For serving
freshly ground pink pepper

Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a pan sauté the butter or olive oil with the spinach and the melted garlic clove, for 1-2 minutes, until it withers. Salt and spread the spinach on the Arabic pies. Cut the cheese into smaller pieces. Divide them into pies and bake them on two plates for 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts slightly. Serve with freshly ground pink pepper.
