The report points out that the economic crisis has passed on a social level with dozens of people of all ages meeting the weak and suffering, without food and shelter, in almost every corner of the capital.

The "new poor" visit the meals of the Municipality and the church every day, while the "lucky ones" sleep in an asylum.

But most find shelter in squares and cardboard boxes, the report says.
