A 20-year-old man who participated in the murder of Alkis escaped from Greece

He escaped from Greece to escape the arrest of a 20-year-old Albanian who participated in the murderous attack against 19-year-old Alkis Kampanos.

According to the report of thestival, the perpetrator crossed the Greek-Albanian border the day before yesterday, Thursday.

Thessaloniki Security police managed to identify him yesterday at noon.

When they searched for his name in the database of EL.AS. they were surprised to find that he had traveled to Albania the night before.

The 20-year-old is a close friend of the 23-year-old Albanian who has been arrested and is being held at the Thessaloniki Police Headquarters for the murder of Alkis. They both belong to the same fan association. In March 2019, two Mars fans were attacked together, at the same spot where Alkis was killed. At that time, the Sub-Directorate for Combating Violence in Sports Venues had identified him as the perpetrator of the attack and filed a case against him. An international arrest warrant will be issued for the 20-year-old.
