Roula Pispirigou submitted a request for release from prison

Parole Request, after her pre-trial detention for the deaths of her children, Malena and Iris,Roula Pispirigou testified on Friday.

As her lawyer, Alexis Kougias, states in a related announcement, "every minute that the temporary detention continues, the offenses of abuse of power, breach of duty and illegal detention are committed and the substantive and legal basis for filing malpractice lawsuits and appealing to the European Court of Human Rights against Greece" notes Alexis Kougias.
