Panagiotis' father speaks of a criminal act
For his part, however, as reported by patrisnews, the father of little Panagiotis claims that his death was due to a criminal act.
His lawyer, Katerina Mavroides, says characteristically that "...with the sudden death of the child, suspicions entered him that this death cannot be from pathological causes. He is certain that there is – in his opinion – a criminal act by a specific person"
The medical examiner, Grigoris Leon, is the one who will examine, from the father's side, the findings of the child's forensic report. He emphasizes that "...obviously all scenarios are open, and we are all looking for the one and only truth. In this particular case we already have some data, for example the testimonies of the people who were with the little child in the last minutes of his death and the certification from the doctors and everything that exists, everything that happened inside the nursing unit".
At the same time, within the next few days, the first report on the baby who disappeared in 2021 is expected to be handed over to the authorities. The upheaval already comes from the first findings, as the technical advisor of the child's mother, Dimitris Galenderis, reveals.
