The eponymous complaint of a woman, who refers to a pimping circuit, who "fishes" young girls -even schoolgirls through school trips- and channels them to a party, was presented to the head of the Thessaloniki Appellate Prosecutor's Office, Angelos Kamilari, by the criminologist Nikos.
Citing the complainant's information that came to his knowledge - via e-mail - the criminologist spoke of a "circuit" consisting of "three groups", "acting in Thessaloniki, and not only" and "the alleged leader of one of them "(of the groups) is the owner of a travel agency in Thessaloniki, which organized to a large extent excursions of underage students, mainly from private schools, and through these excursions - and for this reason - girls were caught".
In fact, according to the criminologist, the specific person is said to be a shareholder in the cafe-bar of Thessaloniki, where the 24-year-old frequented and worked the man who invited her to the New Year's party in a luxury hotel, where she complains that she was raped. As Mr. Dialynas added, the information provided to the prosecutor of appeals - responsible for the parallel investigation carried out regarding the offenses of pimping and drug trafficking, on the occasion of the 24-year-old's case - include the names of persons who participated in the New Year party.
Referring to the complainant, who provided him with the above information about the alleged circuit, the criminologist said that he "knows things from the inside, as well as other women […] who have been raped and tortured in other ways". He added that the content of the specific complaint has already been submitted to the prosecutor of the Supreme Court, while a copy will be sent to the Cypriot Police.
Meanwhile, she testified earlier to the 5th regular investigator in Thessaloniki who is investigating the rape case of the 24-year-old, a friend of the complainant's employer. "We went to Georgia and met her at the hotel with her employer and a friend of mine. It was around 11 in the morning. "She had made a phone call about 20 minutes earlier." The witness reportedly testified, adding that "the image we saw was shocking." As he characteristically said, "we saw an abused creature."
