The trial of Petros Filippidis continued today at the Court of Appeals with great intensity and filing of lawsuits, following the request of his lawyer, Michalis Dimitrakopoulos, to reenact the attempted rape.
The husband of the complaining colleague responded to the actor's lawyer by saying, "If you want, I'll sit on Philippides' knees, to show you how he attempted it."
"It's impossible for this man, with all the weight he was, to sit on her knees on a sofa. Her knees wouldn't be able to support him and at the same time, he wouldn't be able to pull her underwear down," replied Mr. Dimitrakopoulos, insisting on his request.
After accepting the request of Filippidis' side, his lawyer began the representation with the participation of his associate.
Then there was a new intervention from the complainant's husband, who said "go away" to the lawyer, "I'll do it."
This move, however, provoked the reaction of the second defense attorney, Kiki Pakirtzidou, who began shouting that she would file a lawsuit, speaking of "savageness."
Taking the floor, the lawyers of the complaining actress placed the blame for what happened on the opposing side, calling it "your own mistake," with Petros Filippidis' lawyers filing a lawsuit against the complaining actress's husband, while the actor and director also filed a lawsuit against him in front of an audience.
