A few days before the six-year anniversary of the tragic accident of February 18, 2016, in which Pantelis Pantelidis lost his life and his passengers Mina Arnaoutis and Frosso Kyriakos were injured, the compensation lawsuits are being heard on Thursday morning.
"Mina Arnaouti is seeking compensation for the accident she has suffered, she has 189 days of hospitalization, she has had 16 surgeries, she has psychological and physical injuries, her life has been ruined for 5,5 years, she can not even find a job. "All of this will be tried in the civil court, and all of this is accompanied by 3 large files with 3.000 documents, which reflect her medical condition for the past 5,5 years", said speaking to Mega, Mina Arnaouti's lawyer, Ioannis Kolettis, for the trial for the accident of Pantelis Pantelidis.
“In my experience over the last 30 years, in these types of cases, the compensation is getting smaller and smaller. This does not mean that we should not ask for what we think a person deserves from the suffering he has suffered", added Mr. Kolettis.
"The lawsuit of the Pantelidis family is based on the fact that Frosso Kyriakou was the driver of the car and in order to receive compensation this must be proven. This from the side of the criminal procedure has been blocked, 5,5 years now", he concluded in his statements.
