The family of New Democracy MP Katerina Monogyiou is mourning after the sudden death of her brother, George.
The 45-year-old was killed in a car accident that occurred in Voula, on Thursday night, when he lost control of the Ferrari he was driving.
Katerina Monogiou had spoken, in 2020, publicly about her brother, George, when she was invited to the show "The 2night Show" by Grigoris Arnaoutoglou.
At that time, she had mentioned, among other things, the participation of her brother in the reality show "The Wall" in 2003, who from his first appearances managed to stand out and steal the show. The temperament in combination with his external appearance "stole" the heart of the then reality player Sissy Giannakopoulou. The couple had a strong TV love affair which ended a short time later.
"My brother was involved in a video game. George, yes. Okay, all the channels played him there. Anyway, I wonder how he got in and shut up in there. Elsewhere in the interview, the ND MP had stated about her teenage years in Mykonos: "My dad was very strict, a puritan, in my adolescence there was no way out if I was not accompanied by my mom or my brother."
