Greece: 32-year-old tried to burn 68-year-old alive - In critical condition

An incredible incident occurred in Northern Evia, where a woman visited a man at his home in Achladi and tried to burn him alive on January 2, 2021.

According to information from eviathema.gr, a 32-year-old woman from Limni visited the 68-year-old at his home in Achladi and after bathing him with alcohol, tried to burn him alive.

The man for unknown reasons remained at home, despite the seriousness of his condition, while only yesterday, Thursday 06/01, he asked for help at the health center.

He was immediately ordered to be transported to the hospital of Chalkida, due to the advanced condition of the wounds, while a few hours later he was transferred to Evangelismos, where he is in critical condition.

The 32-year-old is wanted for arrest in the context of the highway, while the reasons that led her to such an act are still unknown, as well as why the man did not address the authorities from the beginning and did not seek care.
