A 45-year-old father from Volos, who is accused of on December 12, 2018 he touched the genitals of his 19-year-old daughter while the girl was sleeping.
The case was scheduled to be heard yesterday, Wednesday, in the Single-Member Misdemeanor Court of Volos, however the Court, ruled that the act for which the 45-year-old is charged is not a misdemeanor, but according to the case law of the Supreme Court a crime.
