According to the Police, on Friday at noon the 4-year-old left unsecured door of the kindergarten and was found on the street by passerby.
The child delivered to the mother, while then the Police were called, which arrested the 55-year-old.
A case was filed against the kindergarten teacher for exposure of a minor at risk.
The 55-year-old was released, after being appointed to stand trial for the case.
