Exciting moments unfolded in the air on Monday afternoon. The journalist of the OPEN TV station in Greece, Eulambia Revi, who covered the events of the fire in Avgaria, Evia, burst into tears after the dialogue she had with an elderly gentleman who has been fighting with the flames for days.
The person who has respiratory problems with speech difficulties approaches the journalist alone. She offers him a mask when he is out of breath to rain his house in the morning, as he says.
The dialogue that unfolds between them is as follows:
You have to leave, an evacuation order has arrived
- I will leave tomorrow, I will go to Athens
- Now you have to leave
- How, where should I go?
- Come and we will take you
The old man thanks her, cries out of emotion and so does the reporter.
