An unbelievable incident occurred at the Venizelio Hospital in Heraklion when a mother did not allow doctors to do their job, with the result that the police intervened.
Specifically, according to the local media creta24.gr, a 43-year-old woman prevented the doctors from performing the necessary medical operations on her 15-year-old child who is facing a serious health problem.
The 15-year-old went to the hospital on Sunday with both his parents and was admitted to the pediatric clinic.
His health is deteriorating and specific medical procedures had to be performed, for which, however, his mother reacted and prevented the doctors.
The father, although he agreed, could not convince her.
The solution was finally given when the doctors informed the police and the woman was arrested.
Today he is being taken to the prosecutor.
