Mrs. Katerina Frosini gave birth to her fourth child 22 years ago, who she knew had Down syndrome, however she and her husband decided to keep it and raise it together with his other 3 brothers.
By the time he was 4, Joachim was crawling down and not only was he not talking but he could not stand up. Until someone talked to their parents about the Glen Doman Institute program in America.
