The internet is making a photo in which a young man in Gouves is depicted trying to save a wolf dog that his owner had tied in the yard of his house from the fire.

The fiery blaze in Evia left behind many burned acres of forest and many damaged houses. In the last few hours, a photo has been circulating on the internet showing a young man in Gouves holding a wolf dog in his arms, trying to save him from the flames. In fact, as he mentioned through his social media account, the wolf dog was tied by its owner in the yard of his house. In fact, according to the young man, the house would burn from minute to minute.

"On the occasion of this dog and the subsequent infamous-cowardly behavior of some villagers I realized once again how unworthy the majority of people are to have and manage all that nature has generously given us !!", he writes typically the young man.

The young man's post already has over 8.900 likes, 1.400 comments and 1.800 notifications. This move is a demonstration of humanity and is in stark contrast to the behavior of those who leave the animals helpless either in their homes or tied up and leave to be saved.

The post in detail:

I do not upload this image to show how good I am, as I take it for granted to help such a soul escape the most violent and unjust death, in contrast to the owner himself who considered it right to tie him in the yard of the house which would burn from minute to minute depriving him of any hope of survival;

On the occasion of this dog and the subsequent infamous-cowardly behavior of some villagers I realized once again how unworthy the majority of people are to have and manage all that nature has generously given us !!

I am really sorry for all these burned areas of green, for all these innocent souls who pay for the crimes of the human race and for the whole world that does not participate in this sad catastrophe !!

As for all the others, I have to say that I am very saddened by the fact that I am forced to coexist with them (with every impact that this has) and that they are worthy of their fate !!
