The actress who accuses Petros Filippidis of attempted rape in 2010, at the "Mousouri" theater, began her testimony in the Mixed Jury Court, emotionally charged.
The woman who, trembling, testifies in public, described in court that through her family acquaintance, she came in contact with the accused in order to get a role in the documentary "Bakalogatos" that was then uploaded by the famous artist.
"He told me that he wants me to replace another actor in the play. I was so happy. He invited me to the theater. I went to the theater, there was an invitation for me at the box office. Before the third bell rang he sent me a message saying: "I learned that you came, I hope you have a good time". The show started and during it he addressed me with an attack. This is what happens in the theater. The actors create an atmosphere. He texted me again during the break and asked me if I was having a good time and that when the show was over he was waiting for me in his dressing room. I headed, after the end in his dressing room, there was a line of spectators. When the queue was over, I entered the dressing room. He was very cordial, before I sat down he asked me to see him take off my coat to make a turn, which I considered very normal, since I would do a role replacement ", said the witness, obviously confused.
According to the complainant, for a week she went to the theater and watched the show, after consulting with the accused who was supportive towards her, saying that she was beautiful and that the role suited her.
The proceedings were adjourned after 2 a.m. as the witness felt unwell and the court gave her some time to calm down. The woman burst into tears as soon as the Chair left.
It should be noted that the testimony of the first witness, who testified with the doors of the Court closed, was completed today after seven sessions of the court.
